Here's How to Find Out About Them: Not everyone has the time, patience or resources to do it themselves.  So let me do it for you.  I have found more than 3,000 of my own ancestors, the earliest dating back to beyond Charlemagne, King Charles 1st of France (born 768AD).  You can even visit the web site I created for my French-Canadian surname, the Pilon Family Archives.  To start me on your family simply give me some information to begin with, the more the better.  I'll then do all the searching for you. Fees:  Quite simple really..... if I can't find who you are looking for, you don't pay! Pricing includes; All information found on your ancestor.  This includes as a minimum the name.  Typically this would also include the date and/or place of birth  (plus siblings) and/or marriage.    This often goes back to the 1st generation in North America which would include the colonist's parents and where he/she came from in France.  Records for most surnames will end in the 1600's.
